Yogi, Amy M. Spencer takes your body and spirit to new heights with her latest and greatest Heart Opening Yoga Sequence.  While Mr. Jonathan spins your mind through the "Hear and Now" of his latest Yoga Mix.

Mind, Body, and Spirit are taken on a Journey through Sound...

This is the first collaboration of its kind and is a great opportunity for both men and women to grow using 3 senses at the same time Hearing the music, Seeing the pose, and feeling the stretch. 

You will leave this experience a new person!
